This restaurant is GREAT for vegans! For starters, they offer soy milk in all of their drinks, including boba milk teas or matcha smoothies! Sura also has an entirely separate vegan menu for folk like us, making it super easy to find the yums that are cruelty free :). They have all sorts of plant-based options including soups, sopes, dumplings, and even vegan ddukbokki...what is that? I don’t even know but it sure was delicious!
🐕 Yolandi’s fav dish: Tofu Sopes. Handmade sope shells topped with tofu, house tomatillo salsa, and cilantro. Okay hear me out, I know this is a Korean BBQ place, but they make a mean sope! It’s almost like fusion - korean barbeque meets mexican street food. Two of my favorite things! Absolutely scrumptious.
