Did somebody say SALAD? Oh boy, MIXT has some of the best salads around. I used to go here as a wee pup in San Francisco with my humans before I was Yolandi Eats LA...I was just Yolandi! As soon as MIXT started opening location in LA, I knew I had to get my booty over there STAT! Some MIXT locations have a “salad valet”, where you can pick up your salads to go from your car! I’ve done it and it's super easy! So many fresh ingredients to choose from while making a custom salad, or you can just choose from one of their listed salad options! They also have plates that are yummy af too!
🐕 Yolandi’s fav dish: When I go to MIXT, I like to get crafty and do a make your own salad! I usually get romaine lettuce, and fill that bad boy up with black beans, marinated organic tofu, avocado, pickled onions, brussels sprouts (omg yum), cucumber, and whatever else I’m feeling that day! The vegan dressings are marked as such, and my favorite is the cilantro jalapeno!
