The only thing that makes this ramen shop NOT 100% plant based is egg. So it’s pretty easy to order vegan here. They’re happy to leave the egg off of any dish. Most of the ramens are indeed vegan anyway. It’s REALLY delicious ramen and I like to think of myself as a “ramen expert”. You won’t be disappointed if you ramen here! They also offer gluten free noodles!
