Yes, it’s true. Pura Vita is an ALL plant based Italian restaurant. You might think that’s impossible without cheese and butter…but you would be wrong! The food and people here are delicious. (Not that I ate any humans, because that wouldn’t be very vegan of me. 😂) This is the kind of restaurant that’s GREAT to bring non-vegans to. Everything tastes delicious and honestly I don’t think anyone would even know it was vegan unless they were told.
🐕 Yolandi’s fav dish: Pasta Puttanesca. I’m a sucker for capers & chili pepper together on a pasta dish! Also, their bruschetta is just super yum!
